Real estate is a business, not a profession. Real estate business is sometimes inaccurately spoken of as a profession, but it is essentially a business. A profession applies science, art or learning to the use of others, the profit to the professor or person applying it being incidental; whereas a business is engaged in primarily for profit, and the profit is to the one engaging in the business.

An Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) is a company which manufactures a product which ultimately will be branded by another firm for sale. Such companies allow the brand firm to produce (either as a supplement or solely) without having to engage in the organization or running of a factory. A primary attribute of this business model is that the ODM owns and/or designs in-house the products that are branded by the buying firm. This is in contrast to a Contract manufacturer or CM.

The Decorator Constructor pattern works by wrapping the new "decorator" object around the original object, which is typically achieved by passing the original object as a parameter to the constructor of the decorator, with the decorator implementing the new functionality. The interface of the original object needs to be maintained by the decorator.

Clothing is defined, in its broadest sense, as coverings for the torso and limbs as well as coverings for the hands (gloves), feet (socks, shoes, sandals, boots) and head (hats, caps). People almost universally wear clothing, which is also known as dress, garments, attire, or apparel. People wear clothing for functional as well as for social reasons. Clothing protects the vulnerable nude human body from the extremes of weather, other features of our environment, and for safety reasons. Every article of clothing also carries a cultural and social meaning. Human beings are the only mammals known to wear clothing, with the exception of human pets clothed by their owners.

Interior design is the process of shaping the experience of interior space, through the manipulation of spatial volume as well as surface treatment. Not to be confused with Interior Decoration, interior design draws on aspects of environmental psychology, architecture, product design and furniture design in addition to traditional decoration. An interior designer is a person who is considered a professi onal in the field of interior design or one who designs interiors as part of their job.
